Our Lab Space is located in Sisler Hall in rooms SIS 413, 420, 426.
Vigor Dual Station Gloveboxes: These glove boxes are operated under a N2 atmosphere and designed for synthesis of air/moisture sensitive compounds. Each glove box is equipped with a cold well, two -35 °C freezers, electrochemical feedthroughs, vacuum solvent for removing solvent, a small antechamber, and an automated large antechamber. Dry hydrocarbon solvents are plumbed directly into the glove box.

H.E.L. High Pressure ChemSCAN Semi-batch reactor: This parallel semi-batch reactor is housed inside of a Vigor dual station glove box and has 8 reactor wells. Temperature, pressure, and stirring rate of each well is independent and can operate up to 200 °C and 100 bar. The HPCS-WinISO operating system allows for live monitoring of reaction conditions and provides gas uptake measurements. Headspace analysis of each reactor can also be obtained through gas sampling ports.

Vigor Single Station Glovebox and Nicolet iS5 FTIR Spectrometer: This glovebox is operated under an Ar atmosphere and is designated for the storage of solid materials. It is equipped with a -35 °C freezer, a small antechamber, and an automated large antechamber. A Nicolet iS5 FTIR spectrometer is housed inside of the glovebox that can perform transmission and ATR-IR measurements.
